    "description" : "Aus der vorliegenden Düngeverordnung (DüV) und §38 a WHG ergeben sich neue Abstandsauflagen für Gewässer zur Vermeidung von Abschwemmungen stickstoff- oder phosphathaltiger Düngemittel in Abhängigkeit von der konkreten Hangneigung der landwirtschaftlichen Fläche. Die vom LLUR ermittelten Hangneigungszonen geben Hinweise auf die Frage, welche konkreten Anteile bzw. Zonen von Acker- und Grünlandflächen an Gewässerufern durch die Abstandsauflagen betroffen sein können. \n\nGemäß Düngeverordnung wurde die Ausweisung der Hangneigungszonen auf einen Suchraum von 20m bzw. 30m bei Hangneigung > 15% ab Gewässerböschungsoberkante bzw. Seeufer begrenzt.\n\nDie Hangneigung wurde aus dem DGM1 in Prozent abgeleitet und in vier „Hangneigungszonen“ (5-10, 10-15, >15%) gruppiert. Durch diese Gruppierung ergeben sich konkrete Zonen (Flächen), die mit der landwirtschaftlichen Fläche (Acker und Grünland im Feldblock) im Suchraum verschnitten wurden, so dass für jede landwirtschaftliche Fläche eine flächige Darstellung der fraglichen Zonen/Bereiche vorliegt, dargestellt im Layer „Hangneigungszonen“.\n\nDie Hangneigungszonen wurden in einem weiteren Schritt auf das Gewässer projiziert, um eine lineare Darstellung und Längenermittlung der betroffenen Gewässerabschnitte zu erhalten. Diese lineare Darstellung ist im Layer „Maximale Hangeigungsklassen in %“ enthalten, der die rechten und linken Gewässer- sowie Seeufer in vier Hangneigungsklassen unterteilt.",

Die vom LLUR ermittelten Hangneigungszonen geben Hinweise auf die Frage, welche konkreten Anteile bzw. Zonen von Acker- und Grünlandflächen an Gewässerufern durch die Abstandsauflagen betroffen sein können. \n\nGemäß Düngeverordnung wurde die Ausweisung der Hangneigungszonen auf einen Suchraum von 20m bzw. 30m bei Hangneigung > 15% ab Gewässerböschungsoberkante bzw. Seeufer begrenzt.\n\nDie Hangneigung wurde aus dem DGM1 in Prozent abgeleitet und in vier „Hangneigungszonen“ (5-10, 10-15, >15%) gruppiert. Durch diese Gruppierung ergeben sich konkrete Zonen (Flächen), die mit der landwirtschaftlichen Fläche (Acker und Grünland im Feldblock) im Suchraum verschnitten wurden, so dass für jede landwirtschaftliche Fläche eine flächige Darstellung der fraglichen Zonen/Bereiche vorliegt, dargestellt im Layer „Hangneigungszonen“.\n\nDie Hangneigungszonen wurden in einem weiteren Schritt auf das Gewässer projiziert, um eine lineare Darstellung und Längenermittlung der betroffenen Gewässerabschnitte zu erhalten. Diese lineare Darstellung ist im Layer „Maximale Hangeigungsklassen in %“ enthalten, der die rechten und linken Gewässer- sowie Seeufer in vier Hangneigungsklassen unterteilt.",
